As part of our response to the October 21 incident, existing OAuth integration tokens were invalidated, so integrations connected before then need to be reconnected from scratch to get new credentials. Your account shows Admin access on your Pro workspace, so a role restriction does not explain the connect option being hidden.

A tab that only shows the Vercel name with a spinner, and no connect or disconnect control, is not something we can see from your account data. To work out why it won't load, please send a screenshot of that tab and say whether you opened it from your workspace settings or from a project's settings.
