You can resize your volume directly from the dashboard. Click on the volume in your project canvas, then click "Live Resize" in the volume settings and follow the prompts to increase it to 5GB, no downtime required.

Where exactly? In which window? I don't understand where to increase it

On your project canvas, click the small volume block attached to your Postgres service to open its settings panel, then click the "Live Resize" button to increase the size.

I went to Postgres, but there's a Volume, and it only increases when you switch to a new plan for 20$.

Your Postgres volume is currently 500 MB and your Hobby plan supports up to 5 GB, so you can resize it without upgrading. On your project canvas, click directly on the volume block itself (the small block labeled "postgres-volume" connected to your Postgres service), not on the Postgres service, then look for the "Live Resize" button in the panel that opens on the right side.
