We do not have infrastructure-level snapshots beyond what you configure through the volume backups feature. If you had previously enabled a backup schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) on your volume, you can check the Backups tab on your service for available restore points. If no backup schedule was configured and no manual backups were created, the previous data is not recoverable.
