My volume data was wiped during a region migration from EU West to US West. Project: easygoing-transformation, service: noli-erp, volume: noli-erp-volume. All SQLite databases in /data are gone. You have an active incident right now. I need my EU West volume recovered urgently — it had 2 years of uploaded data

Still no response. To clarify the urgency — my volume was wiped during the EU West to US West region migration earlier today. I have lost manually entered orders, inventory data, and a week of operational data that cannot be re-created from source files. I need the EU West volume (noli-erp-volume, project easygoing-transformation) restored or a snapshot from before the migration. Please escalate. This is a production system for an active business

Our migration process creates a backup of the original volume before copying data to the new region, so your EU West data should still exist. Volumes also have a 48-hour grace period before any permanent deletion.

Could i get any more info on what you're running into?

Hi,

I recently had all data wiped from my Railway volume when it was migrated to a new region. I lost my entire SQLite database including sales data, brew logs, lab records, and more.

You mentioned a backup exists of the original volume — can you restore that data back to my current volume? My service is noli-erp-production and the database files are stored in /data/ (specifically data.db, sales.db, cogs.db, foh.db, and month_end.db).

Please let me know what info you need from me to get this restored as quickly as possible — I want to make sure we're within the 48-hour window.

Thank you

On the backups tab here I see one from 14 hours ago. You'd need to restore the soonest backup.
