Volume filesystem not expanded after resize

My Postgres volume was resized from 500MB to 5GB but the ext4 filesystem inside the container wasn't expanded. Postgres is crash-looping with FATAL: could not write to file "pg_wal/xlogtemp.33": No space left on device. I need someone to run e2fsck and resize2fs on the volume to expand the filesystem to match the new 5GB allocation. This is the same issue described here: [paste URL of that forum post you found].

Hey! Your volume resize from 500 MB to 5 GB didn't fully apply on our end. We've corrected that and redeployed your Postgres service. You should now see ~4.7 GB of available disk space.

We've shipped a fix to prevent this from happening on future volume resizes.
