The Hobby plan has a fixed 5GB volume limit and we don't offer limit increases on Hobby. There is no intermediate option between Hobby ($5/month) and Pro ($20/month) for additional storage, but Pro raises the volume cap to 50GB and you pay only for actual storage used on top of the subscription fee.

We do not offer a startup credits program, startup discounts, or special pricing for e-commerce stores. There is no application or eligibility criteria because no such program exists. The "$5,000 in credits" figure you may have seen does not refer to a current Railway program. Likewise, there are no per-project negotiations or intermediate storage tiers. The Hobby plan includes up to 5GB per volume and upgrading to Pro ($20/month) raises the cap to 50GB, with storage billed based on actual usage.
