Volume migration failed

I tried to migrate a PostgreSQL DB from US West to Europe. After a couple of minutes it failed and rolled back to US West.

Please note: It's a PostGIS-enabled DB built using this template: https://hub.docker.com/r/postgis/postgis

We've reset the state of the volume attached to the database, and you should be able to move it to a new region now. Note that the attached volume will always follow the region of the associated service (PostGIS in this case).
