Migration failed for a pgvector database and redploying is not helping. I have essential data in it that needed for the project demo in 3 hours. I DIDNT initiated the migration. I tried growing the volume so it gets reset but that doesnt helps either

We moved your deployment(s) because we’re upgrading our fleet of servers to Railway Metal. This improves performance and may lower your usage cost.
I'm looking at the database volume, and see it is migrated and everything is up.
