Can you please fix Volume migration failed error? And I will appreciate if you explain me why it happened and how we can avoid it in the future.

Actually this ticket is related to railway service, but I didn't have an option to choose it

If you did not have the option to select the service, then the account you opened the thread with is not the owner of the service in question.
