i had my postgres instance migrated to METAL, and i started having problems with timeout, and I tried to migrate back, and its failing.

It was just on METAL, and i selected a Legacy and it couldn't finish it

Oh so it was on metal and you tried migrating it back to legacy?
and it started having some latency issues, I tried to go back to take that out of the way

My suggestion is to try to keep all your services on Metal regions since we're leaving GCP (legacy) regions behind
