Volume migration failed

Hi team, I can't move my project's volume. Previously i was on Pro plan, but decided against it after observing that i'm not using the resources enough. After downgrading to Hobby plan and moving the project out of the team view and into personal, i was unable to connect the deployent and the volume for some time.

Dang I can't even get a backup because the entire volume is region restricted
