After attempting to migrate Postgres volume from us-west2 to europe-west4 during Docker Hub partial outage, migration failed. I removed the second region and kept only US West.
Current status:
- Postgres service: Online and working
- Database: Accepting connections normally
- Volume region: US West (California) only
Problem:
- "Migration failed" warning still shows on postgres-volume
- Cannot create backups: "Volume must be ready to back it up: ERROR"
Template: ghcr.io/railwayapp-templates/postgres-ssl
How can I clear this stuck migration failed state?

Howdy!
Generally speaking if theres an outage with a service like dockerhub I'd be a bit hesitant to migrate.
Looking now, things look like they're all good and I don't see "migration failed" on the postgres volume. Are you still running into this?
