Volume size failed to read blocking resizing

Hi, one of my DBs seems to not be able to read the size, preventing me from resize the volume to 500GB (which requires volume to be >= 180GB, which you can see the Volume has well pass it)

Update: Redeploy fixed this for me.
Ran into a separate issue where a backup restoring seems to get stuck so I delete the volume to restore again but it seems the process never get terminated (UI no longer show the restoring backup). I'm now stuck and unable to resize or restore.
