Volume Size field in Settings doesn't respond (stuck at 500MB despite Hobby 5GB plan)

I'm on the Hobby plan (5 GB volume included, payment method verified, invoice already received).

My volume "academia-volume" is stuck at 500 MB. In Settings, the "Volume Size" field does not let me edit or type a new value, and the "Live resize" button doesn't apply any change.

Current usage is under 500 MB, so this isn't a real capacity issue — the field itself seems unresponsive/stuck in the UI.

Summary:

  • Purchased Hobby plan (5 GB/volume)
  • Workspace shows correct 5 GB limit
  • Volume Size field in Settings does not respond
  • Usage: <500 MB (well under the limit)
  • Credit card verified

It looks like the plan/limit may not have fully synced after purchase, or there's a UI-specific bug for this project. Could you check if getPlanLimits reports 5 GB correctly on the backend even though the Settings UI is blocked?

Service: Academia

Volume: academia-volume

You need to type "I want to resize the volume" in that field instead of "5000".

Your volume "academia-volume" is currently 500 MB and your Hobby plan allows up to 5,000 MB, so the backend limits are correctly synced. To resize, click the volume on the project canvas to open its settings, then click the "Live Resize" button and enter the new size in the prompt that appears (enter the value in MB, e.g. 5000 for 5 GB). Note that 5 GB = 5,000 MB, not 5,120 MB, as Railway uses SI units.

It won't let me change the size in the volume settings; I enter 5000, but it won't let me apply it.
