Volume stuck in deletion grace period blocking new deployments

Hi everyone,

I'm stuck with a volume that's in deletion grace period and it's blocking me from redeploying a service.

Situation:

  • I deleted the OpenClaw service from my project
  • The volume openclaw-railway-template-easy-config-volume is queued for deletion (48-hour grace period)
  • I can't deploy a new instance of OpenClaw because Railway says I've exceeded resources (the old volume is still taking up space)

What I've tried:

  • Waiting (but I need to get this working ASAP)
  • Emailed support@railway.app but haven't heard back yet

Question: Is there any way to force delete a volume in grace period, or do I just have to wait the full 48 hours? Has anyone else run into this?

Any help appreciated!

There is no self-service way to force-delete a volume during the 48-hour grace period.
