I received an email saying volume using 95% of its capacity so I increased it to 10 GB. However, I keep on receiving the same message although the volume totals 2.5 GB. Thanks for helping out.

Hi,
It appears that my account is being treated as if it’s on the free plan (with a 500MB volume limit), preventing me from using additional resources. Could you please look into this and correct it? My app launch is currently delayed due to this issue, so I’d greatly appreciate a quick resolution.

The thing is that as the volume usage approaches 500MB I start receiving these emails. (I tested this by restoring a backup that is under 500 MB; it is fine when well below 500MB, but as it approaches this, I start receiving
these emails)
