I ran nslookup on _railway-verify.www and I got NXDOMAIN. I'd try removing and re-adding the TXT record in your DNS records.

Additionally, if you wish to use www, you should also be adding @ records. Keep in mind that some providers do not support CNAME flattening (using CNAME on root domain), so if that's the case, I'd recommend migrating to Cloudflare's DNS service.
