Your CNAME is propagated correctly, but the TXT verification record is on the wrong host. Since your custom domain is www.funfinderpro.com, the TXT record needs to be at _railway-verify.www.funfinderpro.com (DNS host _railway-verify.www), not _railway-verify.funfinderpro.com. Update the TXT record host in Cloudflare from _railway-verify to _railway-verify.www and the certificate should issue once verification passes.
