i have set proxy to off now also my SSL is set to Full bow ill be waiting for any changes

i have made all those changes and the problem still persists

Please try removing the custom domain from your service settings in Railway, wait about a minute, then re-add it. This resets the certificate validation process. Keep the Cloudflare proxy off (grey cloud) and SSL set to Full until the green checkmark appears.
