Request: I want to delete this project completely. There is deleted service which is often try to deploy and failed and email me unnecessarily

You can delete this project yourself from the dashboard. Open the project, go to Settings, then the Danger tab, and click "Delete Project" to permanently remove it along with all its services and deployments.
