I have accidentally deleted the live database. Can you help me restore it?

When a database service (and its volume) is deleted, there is a 48-hour grace period before the data is permanently removed, unless it was force-deleted. Could you let us know which specific database you deleted, which project it was in, and roughly when you deleted it? Also, did you use force delete? This will help us determine if recovery is still possible.

The emails you shared for mysql-ejvr-volume and mysql-e8vv-volume show they are still within the 48-hour grace period and include a "Restore Volume" button. Please use those links in the emails to restore them immediately before the 48 hours expire.

For mysql-qbad-volume, deleted on March 4, the 48-hour grace period has already passed, so that volume's data has been permanently removed and cannot be recovered unless you have your own external backup.

We don't have access to restore volumes on your behalf. The "Restore Volume" links in the deletion notification emails (the screenshots you shared earlier) are the only way to recover those volumes during the 48-hour grace period. Please check your email at mane.siddhesh31@gmail.com for those emails from hello@notify.railway.app dated March 6, and click the "Restore Volume" button in each one. If you had previously configured volume backups on those services before deletion, those backups would be listed in the service's Backups tab, but backups must have been set up before the service was deleted.

Sam, this is becoming frustrating. I already tried that and didn't find any restore options, so I submitted a support ticket. Now, while waiting for your responses, the 48-hour window has passed. I need my deleted database.

You blame him for the time passing, but you didn't even reply instantly. Shame on how you respond to this thread for something that is 100% your own fault.
