Want to retrieve environment variables

So basically I am facing a problem that I changed the encryption key in my and now all my passwords and phone numbers are coming as encrypted strings how can I retrieve the environment variables

We do not store previous values of environment variables, so there is no way to retrieve an old value after it has been overwritten. On the Pro plan, audit logs retain records for 30 days and may contain the previous variable values in the event payload, which you can check at https://railway.com/workspace/audit-logs.
