Railway has thousands of users, if every user was guaranteed help from the team they would be even more busy than they are now

Pro plan users are able to open private threads which the team are guaranteed to help with

I get that but i thought if we are paying for any service we can get the help 😅 ,I really like how railway works and all but other services offer help even with hobby plan.
