Current issues:
- PostgreSQL appears to be stuck during a checkpoint process since March 25
- The database is rejecting all incoming connections
- Errors received: “Connection reset by peer”
- Possible disk or volume I/O corruption/issues
- Our N8N server cannot connect to the database anymore
- The data stored in this database is critical and cannot be lost
We urgently need:
- Investigation of the PostgreSQL instance health
- Verification of volume/disk integrity and I/O status
- Guidance on safe recovery procedures without data loss
- Any available backup/snapshot recovery options
- Immediate support to restore connectivity
This is a production-critical incident affecting our operations.
