  • Database (PostgreSQL)

Deployment ID:

Current issues:

  • PostgreSQL appears to be stuck during a checkpoint process since March 25
  • The database is rejecting all incoming connections
  • Errors received: “Connection reset by peer”
  • Possible disk or volume I/O corruption/issues
  • Our N8N server cannot connect to the database anymore
  • The data stored in this database is critical and cannot be lost

We urgently need:

  1. Investigation of the PostgreSQL instance health
  2. Verification of volume/disk integrity and I/O status
  3. Guidance on safe recovery procedures without data loss
  4. Any available backup/snapshot recovery options
  5. Immediate support to restore connectivity

This is a production-critical incident affecting our operations.
