We are using railway for a client. Client is complaining his website is not rendering to new users perfectly, Website is not USA East region. Not sure why? Is there nay problem with server? Please you can ask if you need any information. It was good until yesterday.

hey, are you able to provide any logs for the site? is it throwing any errors (api endpoints, high latency, etc.) anything?
could this just be an app level problem? did you test it for p95/99 latency and see if everything loads in incognitio mode?
