The best approach would be to migrate the operation to another provider, as Railway has been unstable for months, and it is not reliable for running an application in production.

We don't have a time estimate for the fix yet. We've identified the cause of the current incident and are working on a fix. Until it's in place, the dashboard, API and CLI are unavailable and new builds are paused in all regions. This isn't specific to PHP or any other language.
