You can transfer projects between workspaces or to other users by following our documentation on transferring projects. Both the source and destination must have an active Hobby or Pro subscription.

i dont see any options for project transfcer

The dialog you're seeing is for transferring between your own workspaces, and since you only have one, no options appear. To transfer a project to a different account, use the "Transfer to another user" flow instead: go to your project's Settings, open the Members tab, invite the other user by email, then select the three dots next to their name and choose "Transfer Ownership." The recipient will get an email to confirm within 24 hours, and their account must also have an active Hobby or Pro subscription.
