My service "web" (project insightful-dream, production) keeps receiving SIGTERM and restarting roughly every 2 minutes. It boots cleanly (logs show gunicorn listening on the port, init_db complete), then the logs show "Handling signal: term" and it restarts. Serverless is OFF, no healthcheck path is set, and I'm on a paid plan. The app is a Flask/gunicorn app on Python 3.13. What is triggering these SIGTERM restarts on your side? Deployment ID: 7a88554a.
