WebSocket Error when trying to connect via ssh to a service.

When trying to connect to a service via ssh, I receive the following error:

>railway ssh
Connecting to service... Error: WebSocket error: WebSocket protocol error: Connection reset without closing handshake

I was able to connect normally before, and I can't identify any system changes before the error started, also I could't find anything related online, so maybe it is a server-side problem?

I have tried to:

  • change my network

  • reboot my computer

  • reinstall the CLI

  • login into the cli again

  • relink the project/service

  • test with another project, still the same error

Also, the other functionalities of the CLI seems to work as expected.

I would really appreciate any help in this topic, thank you!

Sorry for the delay, I needed to attend to a meeting. I've just tested it and it is working again, I am not sure what the problem was.

If it helps, I noticed the exact same error appears after some time afk while in the ssh session, the only difference is that it was happening instantly before

Actually I am on NixOS, I don't think there is a ready to use package with the new version yet, it is kinda of a pain to update manually, but I will as soon as I can, sorry about that

alright, just keep in mind for the future that we would not be able to provide you with any cli support unless you are on the latest version
