Hi, I configured a Slack webhook for critical events with "Include PR environments" option unselected, yet I get notifications for them.
It also looks like that part of the UI is broken - when I enable that option, save and reopen the dialog, it resets back to being unselected.

Hey thanks for raising! I attached a ticket to this so we can track the issue. Unfortunately a bit unsure how the ETA fits in with a few of the other projects going on but will investigate!
