Website and app are down and having SSL issue

The projects added on Railway, available on www.leadsmint.com or leadsmint.com and app.leadsmint.com are experiencing SSL issues and getting the Unsecure site warning.
Thought it could be a subscription related issue and switched to the Hobby Plan, still the same with the project.

Neither the backend or the frontend have active deployments, without active deployments there are is no path to serve a valid certificate.
