Hi Railway Support,
I returned to Railway after approximately 7 months and purchased the Hobby plan again, but my website, www.weecaf.com, is not opening.
My project is invigorating-encouragement, under the production environment. All four services are offline:
- calm-integrity (frontend)
- WeeCaf
- Redis
- Postgres
Both GitHub-connected services show “There is no active deployment for this service.” Their previous deployments are marked Removed, although the deployment details show that they were originally successful. The old deployment logs show “No logs in this time range.”
The dashboard also displays “Limited Access — Deploys have been paused temporarily” and a notice about the current build outage. I understand that new deployments are paused, but I don’t know why my previous deployments were removed or why all my services are offline.
Could you please check:
- Why my previous deployments were removed and whether any billing or account restriction remains after purchasing the Hobby plan.
- Whether my Postgres and Redis data and volumes are still intact.
- What steps are needed to restore my website, and whether I must redeploy each service once the build outage is resolved.
Please help me restore the website while preserving any existing database data.

Your workspace is now on an active Hobby plan, and there are no billing or account restrictions on it. The "Limited Access" banner comes from the current build incident, which has paused new builds for all workspaces: New builds are temporarily paused.
Your Postgres and Redis volumes are both still attached and holding data, about 117 MB on postgres-volume and 49 MB on redis-volume. Redeploying those services reuses the same volumes.
All four services' latest deployments are marked Removed, and they don't restart by themselves after you subscribe again. Once builds resume, redeploy each service. Deploys triggered while builds are paused will need to be triggered again after they resume.

Builds are back now, so you can redeploy all 4 services to bring the site back. The pause didn't touch your volumes, so they should come back attached to your databases. If any database looks empty after redeploying, stop and reply here before doing anything else.
