Using @railwayapp/cli:4.27.2

Running railway up via Forgejo Actions (Dockerfile only).

Job fails with Failed to upload code with status code 404 Not Found but deployment is confirmed to be successful in the Railway dashboard.

No errors in the log stream in the step and in the build logs (via dashboard).

While this is (kind of) ok since it produces a successful deployment, this behavior will break the job if we have additional steps/jobs.
