By removing the workload, is that the entire project? Also, if the DMCA content is handled through my platform (registered) to include notices and takedown of materials why would railway need to remove my project?

"Removing the workload" refers to the specific service or deployment serving the infringing content, not necessarily your entire project. Per our Privacy section, we may remove offending workloads but will not modify your application without your expressed permission through an approved communication channel. If your platform properly handles DMCA notices and removes infringing material before or in response to any notice we receive, there would typically be no offending workload for us to act on. For the full terms governing your account, please review our Terms of Service.
