What is my deployment url? I tried generating one in my project index1

I am just trying to hit my new service that has index.html but I can't find the url anywhere. I tried:
Service -> Settings -> Networking -> Public Networking -> Generate Domain etc and got nothing.

WoW! That was fast response! It did Nothing, has a greyed out 8080 in the input box.

I clicked it, it asked me for a port, I entered the port, and it worked.
