I want to know what is the equivalent physical server configuration I am getting when using single replica on 8vcpu/8GB for my project
for example

We don't publish equivalent physical server specifications like processor model, clock speed, or benchmark scores. Services on the Hobby plan can vertically autoscale up to 8 vCPU and 8 GB RAM per replica (with a maximum of 48 vCPU and 48 GB RAM total across replicas), and you are billed per minute for the actual CPU and memory consumed.
