You signed up at an unfortunate time. Railway is experiencing an incident <#846875565357006878> and thus for now only Pro plan workloads are being allowed, but it will be fixed shortly. Afterward, you will be able to deploy.

i have just created my hobby account and its sending me to upgrade my plan due to experiencing increased latency on our deployment queues...
do you know when it will be fixed?
