What is the SLA of railway.app?

I want to use railway for the next project, but it would require 24/7 uptime and the system can't go down or else the customers won't be able to open the doors that is controlled by us.
If we use our next project for railway, and railway goes down, every customer on our system would not be able to enter their assigned rooms that they paid for.

Is there a way to know y'alls SLA and Service Credit Percentage? And if not, can you guys make one in the future so that we can do a migration later?

I don't think Railway has any SLA for base plans, but you can definitely contact Railway to sign an SLA agreement, you can do that here:
