did nothing, just saw randomly that my commits were not pushing a deployment. then did a manual deployment by changing some service settings and it showed me error banner from bottom right

i dont have this error anymore as I removed the limit (needed to deploy at that time)

but basically i had a limit and tried to deploy the latest commit, nothing else

in a Pro plan
