i always logged in with Github. After authorizing access to railway on GitHub, Railway asked me to accept terms of service which I had already accepted previously. After accepting it, it loaded me a blank account with none of my projects.
It might have something to do that I have changed my email on GitHub some time ago.

Railway authenticates through external providers like GitHub, and for security reasons we cannot modify, merge, or reassign account access on our side. When GitHub credentials change (such as the email), it can result in a new account being created. The path forward is to recover the original login state through your provider so the existing Railway account is recognized again. Sorry we can't do more from here.

I was able to log in to my existing account by using "log in with email" option and used the email which I had set as primary Github email previously.
