If you don’t have a volume mounted, you will need to ssh into the container. Alternatively, if you have a volume, you can use the Filebrowser service, mount the container, and access the files from there.

I created a volume, but I don't see Volume File Browser in the services list.

You need to deploy a Filebrowser service.
You can use Brody's image (https://github.com/brody192/filebrowser-template/pkgs/container/filebrowser-template) or the stock image (https://hub.docker.com/r/filebrowser/filebrowser).
