I had an issue connecting to my DB (with TCP URL).
I tried to redeploy, then I can connect but I lost all my data
can you help me please ???

Data on PostgreSQL services deployed from our template is stored on a persistent volume, so a redeploy alone should not cause data loss. Can you clarify what you mean by "redeploy" - did you click Redeploy on the existing service, or did you delete the service and create a new one? If you deleted and recreated the database service, that would have created a new empty volume, which would explain the missing data.
