I was charged $5 and the hobby plan was not credited, when I tried to get it, there was a request to withdraw $1 - it charged me and wrote
"You have an unpaid invoice. You must pay this invoice before you can upgrade to the Hobby plan. Click here to pay your pending invoice.
"
Why did they withdraw the money and not issue the plan?

I am asking, because here on discord it says, that you are on the hobby plan
I wanted to reconnect the hobby plan, I had money debited from the card, but the plan was not given
I didn't have money on the card for Railway to write them off, I replenished the card, pressed the Connect button - the money was debited, but the plan was not given
In the second screenshot - this is my online bank and you can see minus $ 5
OK, then you have to be patient until the Railway team gets in touch. Maybe something got mixed up

dont pay it, its wrong, just wait for the team response.
but if you're in a hurry and dont mind the 5$, paying that invoice will probably solve your case for now
Yesterday it was written that I need to pay the bill to connect the plan, I paid it, but the plan is not accrued
