Why am I getting a 403

Why am I getting a 403 in my custom domain, I have a generated domain it is working fine. I did connect my custom through cloudflare same as I have done previous ones. TSL is also set to full. Railway keeps saying "Port 8080
· Cloudflare proxy detected · View Documentation" but when I click on my url I get the 403.

Railway will never send 403, that is either your app, Cloudflare, or your previous hosting provider.

Seems to be my wifi or ISP, maybe just needs more time to propagate. Thanks
