Why are all my workflows gone? I can’t access any of them, and I can’t use the system instantly for my work at all.

Why is it that when I log in and try to open my existing workflows that I’ve used before, I see nothing at all? What is the reason for this?

You said I would still have access until January 30, so why can’t I use it right now?

And what about the workflows I previously created and used — what should I do with them?
Where are the workflows stored, and how can I download or retrieve them for use?

I feel like we're (the community) probably missing some background here, but I am going to assume that you either cancelled your plan or didn't pay a bill?

When you reach billing limits or don't pay Railway should keep your services around (aka they don't delete any data or config) but they won't actually host the services for you- I'm assuming this is the case because all of your services are listed as offline in your screenshot.

You probably have to reactive your account to redeploy the services then you can login and download whatever you need.

if you cancelled, you cannot access your actual deployments and they won't host anything for you to prevent further charges, but you can see the services there until the end of your billing cycle.
