I'm confused why Redis is only available in US West. This leads to pretty significant round trip times having my main servers not in this region. Essentially making Redis on Railway pointless?

Hello,
It is because only the US-West region for Hobby supports services with volumes, we will soon release volumes to Hobby so you can deploy Redis in US-East and EU-West, but for now, you would need to upgrade to Pro to deploy Redis in another region than US-West.
