wp-admin files merged into deployment logs; not triggered by user, [not answered, locked with a broken link provided]

Question

I recently had a few deployments fail, but did not trigger them myself. There are hundreds of wordpress paths in the logs, yet we don't have WP at all. No github security breaches either.

Am concerned there is a security issue on the Railway side.
