the container had an always restart policy and it didn't restart
when I redeployed the image it all started working
why did it happen?

It seems like your validation on the healthcheck caused it to fail:
Validation error: Required at "UNISWAPV4_BASE_HOOK"; Required at "RECAPTCHA_SITE_SECRET"
(Use node --trace-uncaught ... to show where the exception was thrown)
