Sorry but I am a little confused here, you linked to a service that belongs to a workspace that was canceled in 2024?
Perhaps you linked to the wrong service?

Thank you for the links.
I can see that we migrated these deployments off of our Legacy infrastructure, something we had sent out Emails for.
As for the crash, that would be the application itself crashing, something we unfortunately have no control over.

Also, what should I do? there had been no problem with legacy, problems with metal.
I don't get any application logs, it seemed app crashed before running our apps. what should I do?

The problem is not with Metal, the platform, or anything on our side here, your application is crashing, it is printing deploy logs so that you can debug the issue.
On May 21st 2025, we sent an email notice that we will be moving workloads over to Metal.

I changed region from metal to legacy, and it is working now
