I am assuming this is a custom domain. There is a list of gotcha's that should be read through here and you should also note that you can only have one record using the '@' host. This means that if you had your domain pointing to a server or IP, you will need to remove that. Typically what almost every resolved answer for SSL wait times suggests is simply deleting and re-adding the record.

What DNS provider are you using? And wildcard domains are much easier to manage when using Cloudflare. For example, you will need to ensure universal SSL is enabled, ensure Full SSL/TLS encryption is enabled, and ensure the CNAME record is not proxied. There are two records provided, you should have both of these in your DNS.

Can you confirm that you have completed enabling universal SSL and Full (not Full Strict) TLS/SSL encryption? https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/edge-certificates/universal-ssl/enable-universal-ssl/

The last thing I can recommend from referencing past issues and the docs.railway.com/guides/public-networking documentation is that you could be experiencing a stale record that needs to be flushed and you will need to reach out to Cloudflare and ask them to flush that record and then you would need to readd your domain into Railway
